Things I Hate Part 2

3. The fact that the floors in our building are so creaky/crappy that I can hear our upstairs neighbor get up and pace around the bedroom at 1 am and then rise and shine at 6 am. EVERY FREAKIN' NIGHT AND MORNING.

4. How my darling forgets that we agreed the plan for "Operation Replace Chintzy Baseboards With Fabulous New Baseboards" was that you would pry the old ones off while you were at home these two days (because you know, noisy work has to be done during the daytime weekday hours per co-op house rules?) and then we would install the new ones when I was home? Remember that conversation? It's there, in your brain somewhere I know it it. We were standing in the North Bergen, NJ Lowe's...??? Ring any bells?
